Silver Airways resumes flights to West Palm Beach, Florida

Silver Airways has resumed its operations at West Palm Beach Airport (PBI), Florida. This action is part of a plan that includes flights to five destinations from PBI.

The company announced its return to West Palm Beach last January. Silver offers direct flights to Pensacola (PNS), Tallahassee (TLH), and Tampa (TPA) within Florida, as well as to Nassau (NAS) and Marsh Harbor (MHH) in the Bahamas.

The first Silver flight arrived at PBI from Tampa (TPA), operated by an ATR 42-600. It departed at 7:30 AM (local time) and arrived in West Palm Beach at 8:35 AM.

After a brief stopover, the aircraft departed for Nassau (NAS) at 9:15 AM, thus inaugurating the service between West Palm Beach and the capital of the Bahamas.

On March 6, the airline began flying between Tallahassee and West Palm Beach. On March 7, it will be the turn for the flight from PBI to Pensacola, and finally, on Saturday, March 9, it will begin flying to Marsh Harbor, Bahamas.

Silver Airways has a fleet comprising eight ATR 42-600 aircraft with 46 seats each and seven ATR 72-600 aircraft with a capacity for 70 passengers.

Silver Airways serves 19 destinations in the Caribbean and 10 in the southeastern United States, with primary bases in Fort Lauderdale (FLL), USA, and San Juan (SJU), Puerto Rico, focusing on the Eastern Caribbean. It also has secondary bases in Orlando and Tampa.
