Voepass to suspend some routes in Bahia

-

Voepass will soon close routes in the interior of Bahia, in a change of operation in partnership with LATAM. According to AEROIN, as of April the following cities will no longer be served:

  • Vitória da Conquista
  • Lençóis
  • Teixeira de Freitas
  • Barreiras
  • Guanambi
  • Paulo Afonso

The change may be related to Voepass’ most recent agreement with the travel agency CVC, which has been operating exclusive flights of the regional airline, which would not have airplanes to attend the operation in Bahia and the new contract. However, the airline did not indicate the exact reason for the cancellations. LATAM, for its part, did not comment on the matter.
