KLM will fly to 155 destinations in the upcoming summer season: 92 in Europe and 63 intercontinental. The company will increase the capacity by 7% compared to 2023 levels, almost reaching near pre-pandemic operations. The summer schedule starts on March 31 and runs through October 26, 2024.
KLM will increase frequencies on several services and will offer more flights to Jakarta in combination with Kuala Lumpur and Denpasar in combination with Singapore. In addition, nonstop flights to Osaka-Kansai and daily flights to Tokyo Narita are resumed. Flights to Taipei, Hong Kong, Montreal, Toronto, and Los Angeles have also been increased.
Capacity to North American routes will be above 2019 levels. KLM reestablishes its connection to Tel Aviv as of April 1. This service will have a stopover in Larnaca until at least May 19. The company continues to assess the security situation in Israel.
In Europe, KLM will increase service to Billund (Denmark) and Stavanger (Stockholm). In Great Britain, more flights will be added to Edinburgh, Newcastle, Glasgow and Southampton. The route to Marseille will be maintained during the summer and a daily flight to Nice will be operated.
In Poland, services to Krakow, Gdańsk and Wroclaw will be increased. The campaign will also increase its operation to Prague this summer- In Italy, more flights to Bologna, Florence, and Genoa were added.
