Sky Airline opens flights to Florianópolis, Brazil from Perú and Uruguay

Sky Airline expands its schedule to Brazil with a new route between Lima and Florianópolis with stopovers in Montevideo, reinforcing air connectivity in the region. The low cost airline will have four connections to Uruguay during the austral summer season.

Flight H2 5585 was operated in an Airbus A32oneo registered as CC-AZC. The aircraft took off from Jorge International Airport at 23:50 local time and landed at Carrasco Airport at 05:59 for a stopover, after four hours and nine minutes. The A320neo then departed Montevideo at 07:18 and arrived at Hercílio Luz International Airport at 08:42, lasting one hour and 25 minutes.

Schedule of flights between Lima and Florianopolis via Montevideo

  • Lima – Montevideo Flight H2 5585 LIM 23:45 – MVD 06:20 Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
  • Montevideo – Florianópolis Flight H2 5585 MVD 07:15 – FLN 09:05 Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
  • Florianópolis – Montevideo Flight H2 5586 FLN 01:50 – MVD 03:50 Monday, Thursday and Saturday.
  • Montevideo – Lima Flight H2 5586 MVD 04:45 – LIM 07:55 Monday, Thursday and Saturday.

All flights are operated on Airbus A320 aircraft with a capacity of 180 passengers in a single class configuration and promotional fares are available from USD 100 each way. Lima and Montevideo are the fifth and sixth international destinations of Hercílio Luz International Airport respectively, along with Buenos Aires, Santiago, Asunción and Córdoba.
