ZIPAIR Tokyo is expanding its long-haul network with a new service between Narita International Airport and Vancouver International Airport. The inaugural flight will take place on 13 March 2024.
The addition of the Vancouver connection becomes the carrier’s fourth transpacific route, complementing operations to Los Angeles, San Jose CA and San Francisco. In addition, the Japanese low-cost carrier has non-stop flights to Honolulu.
Since its launch in June 2020, the Japan Airlines subsidiary has rapidly expanded its operations, bringing its fleet to seven Boeing 787 Dreamliners and a network of nine international destinations, four in Asia, four in the United States and soon to fly to Canada.
Narita-Vancouver route schedule
The Tokyo-Vancouver route will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. From 13 March to 30 March 2024, flight ZG22 takes off from Tokyo at 16:30 and lands in Vancouver at 08:30. The return ZG21 will depart Vancouver at 10:30 and arrive at Narita at 13:00 the following day, all at local times.
From 31 March to 30 June 2024, flight ZG22 departs Tokyo at 15:40 and lands in Vancouver at 08:25. Return ZG21 departs Vancouver at 10:25 and arrives at Narita at 12:25 the following day, all local times.
From 1 July to 30 September 2024, flight ZG22 departs Tokyo at 15:40 and lands in Vancouver at 08:46. The return ZG21 will depart Vancouver at 10:45 and arrive at Narita at 12:25 the following day, all at local times.
From 1 October to 26 October 2024, flight ZG22 departs Tokyo at 15:40 and lands in Vancouver at 08:46. The return ZG21 will depart Vancouver at 10:45 a.m. and arrive at Narita at 12:25 p.m. the following day, all at local times.
Flights between Tokyo and Vancouver will be operated by Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner with 290 seats (18 Full-Falar/272 Economy). The ZIPAIR Tokyo network has non-stop flights to Singapore, Manila, Bangkok, Seoul, Honolulu, San Jose CA, San Francisco and soon Vancouver.
