LATAM inaugurates flights between Santiago and Florianopolis

On Wednesday, November 1st, LATAM inaugurated flights between Hercílio Luz International Airport, in Florianópolis (SC), and the Chilean capital, Santiago. The company’s sixth route between Brazil and Chile is expected to serve more than 81,000 passengers per year.

According to the company, this is the first time it operates the service on a regular basis, and no longer only during the high season. Flights, with an average duration of 3 hours and 45 minutes, are operated daily in Airbus A320 aircraft, with capacity for 12 passengers in the Premium Economy cabin and 162 in Economy.

Departure from Florianópolis is at 17:30 (local time) on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, and at 14:25 (local time) on other days of the week. In the case of Santiago, it departs at 13:19 (local time) on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, and at 10:14 (local time) on other days of the week.
