Venezuela: Avior Airlines resumes flights to Curaçao

-

After four years of absence, Avior Airlines resumes its non-stop flights between Maiquetia Airport and Curacao. The airline is the third carrier to resume services between Venezuela and Hato International Airport.

Avior’s last operation to Curaçao was on September 8, 2019. The resumption of this service comes after Curaçao and Venezuela re-established diplomatic relations, allowing the reactivation of commercial flights between both regions.

Currently, Curaçao is the second international destination in Avior Airlines’ schedule, this operation is complemented by its service at Las Americas International Airport in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. The airline is also awaiting aeronautical authorities to resume service to Colombia.

The company’s domestic network also operates non-stop flights to Barcelona, Maracaibo, Puerto Ordaz, Barquisimeto and Las Piedras. In mid September, Avior suspended its operations in El Vigia.
