-

Viva Aerobus continues to rapidly expand its flight offerings between Mexico and Texas with a new nonstop service between Torreon and San Antonio. The low-cost airline will be the only Mexican carrier to offer international flights at Torreon Francisco Sarabia International Airport.

We continue to work to promote the economic development of Torreon and air connectivity is fundamental to this mission. Therefore, we find in Viva a strategic ally to detonate greater commercial opportunities in our state at an international level,” said Román Alberto Cepeda, Mayor of Torreón.

Viva Aerobus will be the Mexican airline offering more destinations at San Antonio International Airport, in addition to the new services to Queretaro and Torreon, the company also has non-stop services to Mexico City, Leon/Guanajuato and Monterrey.

Connectivity to the United States is picking up steam and Torreon is no exception. We are very pleased to continue announcing new flight options to key destinations that will benefit passengers,” said Ricardo Dueñas, CEO of OMA.
