United Airlines increases flights to Bonaire

United Airlines, in partnership with Tourism Corporation Bonaire, the Government of Bonaire, BONHATA and Flamingo International Airport, have added two additional weekly flights from New York/Newark to Bonaire for the winter and spring peak season. The company continues to strengthen connectivity between the United States and the Netherlands Antilles to meet strong traveler demand.

From January 10, 2024 through April 2, 2024, United Airlines will increase its schedule between New York/Newark and Bonaire to three weekly flights. With this additional service, the U.S. carrier will provide a total of 61 scheduled roundtrip flights between the U.S. and Flamingo International Airport during the peak season.

New York/Newark – Bonaire flight schedule

  • Newark – Bonaire Flight UA 781 EWR 08:45 – BON 14:30 Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
  • Bonaire – Newark Flight UA 614 BON 15:40 – EWR 19:45 Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.

The route will be operated on Boeing 737-900 aircraft with a capacity of 179 passengers (20 United First/ 150 Economy Plus and Economy) and promotional fares are available from USD 811 roundtrip. The airline also offers a weekly flight between Bonaire and Houston – Intercontinental. In total, the airline will offer 1,432 weekly seats between the United States and Flamingo International Airport during the peak season.

United Airlines’ schedule in the Netherlands Antilles also offers nonstop flights from Aruba to New York/Newark, Washington – Dulles, Chicago O’Hare and Houston – Intercontinental; and from Curaçao to New York/Newark.

In addition to its operations to the Netherlands Antilles, United Airlines’ Caribbean network from New York/Newark offers nonstop flights to Antigua, Bridgetown, Aguadilla, Grand Cayman, Montego Bay, Nassau, Providenciales, Puerto Plata, Punta Cana, Santo Domingo, San Juan de Puerto Rico, St. Kitts, Santiago de los Caballeros, St. Thomas Island, St. Maarten and St. Lucia.
