This year, LATAM Airlines, for all of its South American operations, is due to receive 15 Airbus aircraft, including the arrival of its first A321neo, which will be operated by LATAM Brazil. As part of this plan, the manufacturer Airbus is making progress in the production of the new aircraft.

As photos updated by photographer Tobias Gudat, taken in Hamburg, show, at least one of the aircraft is already completed and ready for the test flights that precede acceptance of the equipment by the airline and its transfer to Brazil. Two others are still in various stages of assembly.

The aircraft that is ready has registration PS-LBB (msn 11531). It was even videotaped performing taxiing and runway tests. It is expected to start test flights soon.

The PS-LBC (msn 11575) and PS-LBD (msn 11824) aircraft, whose images were also updated, are still without engines, and only PS-LBC is already painted. A fourth aircraft, registration PS-LBA, was also being assembled and unpainted in a photo released weeks ago.
