South African Airways (SAA), South Africa’s national airline, has recently declared its re-entry into Brazil. The airline will operate direct flights from São Paulo to Cape Town starting October 31 and to Johannesburg from November 6. Both routes are scheduled to run twice a week.

In a recent update, SAA announced a change in the aircraft operating these routes. Initially planned to use the A340-300, the flights will now feature the Airbus A330-300, accommodating 46 passengers in Business Class and 203 in Economy.

Redesigned Business Class for Optimal Comfort

The revamped Business Class in SAA’s A330-300 aircraft presents a new seat-bed design, spanning nearly 2 meters when fully extended. Every seat offers individual aisle access and additional storage space. Passengers are greeted with a refreshing beverage and a premium travel essentials kit.

An à la carte menu, which includes an array of the finest South African wines and cheeses chosen by experts, enhances the onboard experience. All seats, draped in premium fabrics and leather, recline 180 degrees. The enhanced comfort is further elevated by oversized pillows, plush seat covers, and noise-cancelling headphones, allowing passengers to immerse in the onboard entertainment service.
