Avianca Cargo to operate flights to Vitória with Airbus A330s

A new aircraft will land for the first time at Vitória Airport on a regular basis, starting next week, with unprecedented flights. The operation will be carried out by Tampa Cargo, a subsidiary of Avianca Cargo, which will begin serving the city of Espírito Santo on August 8th with Airbus A330-200F freighter aircraft.

It will be the first time Espírito Santo will receive flights with the A330, which will be operated to Bogotá always on Tuesdays. The last time an Avianca aircraft operated at Vitória was in 2019, with the Avianca Brazil brand, which closed its doors.

As reported by AEROIN, the cargo flight will land at 3:00 p.m. from Campinas and take off at 4:30 p.m. bound for Bogotá. It can carry up to 70 tons of cargo and will be the largest aircraft to operate at the airport in the capital of Espírito Santo.
