LATAM has just started ticket sales for the route between Sinop (MT) and Sao Paulo (Guarulhos), which will be launched on November 1st, as announced by AEROIN. Operations will be performed four times a week, alternating with the Sinop-Brasilia route, going from seven to three weekly flights.

In total, LATAM has already carried more than 90,000 passengers in its first year of operations at Sinop, with more than 80% occupancy on the route between the Mato Grosso municipality and the capital.

Sinop has a high demand for corporate travel, with several educational institutions and an economy with strong performance in the agricultural and agribusiness sectors. The new flight to Guarulhos will be operated on Airbus A319 aircraft (up to 12 passengers in Premium Economy cabin and 126 in Economy), which will take off at 3h (local time) on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. In the reverse direction, it will operate at 22h35 (local time) on Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
