United Airlines Expands Service Between Newark and Panama City

-

By the close of June, the distinguished United Airlines will escalate its service frequency from Newark to Panama – Tocumen, growing from seven to nine weekly flights. This marks United Airlines as the solitary operator in this sector. This enhanced service will further be fortified by a direct link to Houston – Intercontinental.

Data procured from Cirium reveals that in July, United Airlines will provide 3,222 weekly seats on this route, translating into a substantial capacity growth of nearly 30% relative to the previous month.

In summation, United Airlines will supply 8,231 seats per week between the United States and Panama for the northern summer season, establishing United as the primary U.S. airline at Tocumen Airport in terms of available seat kilometers (ASK).

According to statistics sourced from Tocumen by Aviacionline, 147,863 passengers journeyed between Panama City (PTY) and Newark (EWR) in the year 2022.
