Spirit will continue to expand its South Carolina offerings with a new operation from Las Vegas (LAS) beginning September 5. The route will be the only nonstop connection between Charleston (CHS) and the Nevada state’s premier city. The airline will offer introductory fares on this service starting at $99 each way from September 7 through October 18.

Las Vegas – Charleston flight schedule

  • Las Vegas – Charleston Flight NK 2283 LAS 09:00 – 16:30 CHS Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
  • Charleston – Las Vegas Flight NK 2284 CHS 17:30 – 19:25 LAS Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

  • Newark (EWR): daily flights.
  • Philadelphia (PHL): daily flights.
  • Fort Lauderdale (FLL): daily flights.
  • Las Vegas (LAS): five weekly flights.

«Spirit’s investment in the Charleston market increases the affordability and convenience of daily flights to two of our top visitor source areas: the Northeast and Florida . Their confidence in our market since announcing the first three routes is evidenced by the addition of the Las Vegas service«, said Helen Hill, president of the Aviation Authority and executive director of Explore Charleston.

In addition to new service from Charleston (CHS), the airline is scheduled to introduce routes from Myrtle Beach (MYR) to Chicago O’Hare (ORD), Cleveland (CLE) and Rochester (ROC) by this May.
