SKY to cease flights to Colombia

SKY Airline confirmed that it will suspend its flights between Santiago de Chile and Bogotá effective March 25th. The Chilean low cost carrier currently operates four services per week on Airbus A320neo aircraft with capacity for 186 passengers.

After two years, SKY Airline bids farewell to the Colombian airline market. Santiago de Chile was the first destination inaugurated, which operates from 2021, and Lima, who was a few months during 2022.

Avianca, JetSMART and LATAM will continue to be the companies with flights in the ChileColombia market.

SKY Airline will continue to operate in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Perú and United States.
