JetSMART boosts flights to Mendoza

-

JetSMART announced that it will increase its flight frequency to Mendoza starting April 1st. The low cost carrier will have three daily services to and from the Argentine capital with 186-seat Airbus A320-200 aircraft.

Currently, Bariloche, Buenos Aires and Salta are JetSMART’s destinations in Mendoza, although Bariloche will temporarily suspend operations between April and June due to the low season.

«At JetSMART we always focus our efforts on meeting the changing needs of passengers in the different parts of the country where we operate. For this reason, starting in April, we will add triple daily service from Mendoza to Buenos Aires and we will continue with frequencies to Salta from El Plumerillo», says Darío Ratinoff, JetSMART’s Commercial Manager.

«Mendoza is a very important destination for us. In addition, in the first two months of 2023, El Plumerillo International Airport received more than 257,000 domestic flight passengers, which translates into a 38% increase compared to the same period last year. This is why it is essential for us to continue developing air connectivity from the province together with our proposal to travel in new airplanes, on time and at an affordable price», adds the executive.
