Flights in the United States: Frontier Airlines launches eleven new routes

Frontier Airlines will increase its flights offer during this year’s northern summer. Yesterday, the carrier announced the launch of eleven new domestic routes from Cleveland, San Francisco, Raleigh-Durham and Phoenix airports starting next May.

New Frontier Airlines routes

The company has already begun marketing the flights through its official sales channels. In addition, it will offer promotional fares that will be available until 4 April, for travel on selected days between 10 May and 15 August.

The schedule will include four new destinations from Cleveland-Hopkins International Airport (CLE), three from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and two more from Raleigh-Durham (RDU) and Phoenix-Sky Harbor (PHX) airports.

Four new routes from Cleveland-Hopkins (CLE)

  • Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW): from 12 May. Frequency of four weekly flights.
  • Charlotte (CLT): from 12 May. Reduced frequency during the first week and four weekly services from 20 May.
  • San Diego (SAN): from 8 June. Frequency of three weekly flights.
  • San Francisco (SFO): from 23 June. Frequency of four weekly services.

With the opening of the new routes, it will offer a total of seventeen non-stop destinations from Cleveland, more than any other carrier. The company launched promotional fares starting at $29.

Three new destinations from San Francisco International Airport (SFO)

  • Orlando (MCO): from May 10. One daily flight.
  • Chicago-Midway (MDW): from May 21. One daily service.
  • Detroit (DTW): from 22 June. Frequency of three weekly flights.

Frontier will offer a total of ten routes from San Francisco. The company launched promotional fares starting at $59.

Two new routes from Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU)

  • Chicago-Midway (MDW): from June 16. Frequency of four weekly services.
  • Houston (IAH): from 18 June. Frequency of three weekly flights.

The airline will operate up to 112 weekly flights from Raleigh-Durham and offer a total of twenty routes. This will give it its biggest schedule from the airport during a summer season. The company launched promotional fares starting at $39.

Two new destinations from Phoenix-Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX)

  • Tampa (TPA): from May 11. One daily service.
  • Houston (IAH): from 18 June. Frequency of three weekly flights.

Frontier will operate flights to a total of twenty destinations from Phoenix during the summer, reaching its highest seasonal offering from the Arizona city. The airline launched promotional fares starting at $49.
