easyJet is expanding its international offering at Manchester (MAN) with a new non-stop service to Istanbul (IST) for the 2023 summer season. Turkey’s largest metropolis becomes the 156th destination in the low-cost airline’s extensive network spanning Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.
«The new route from our Manchester base to this iconic city further expands the options we can offer our Northwest customers for both flights and package vacations and promises to offer travelers a vibrant and culturally rich destination to explore, as well as providing greater connectivity to the city to support inbound tourism and business travel alike,» said Ali Gayward, easyJet’s UK Country Manager.
easyJet’s Turkey network offers routes to Antalya (AYT), Bodrum (BJV), Dalaman (DLM), Izmir (ADB) and soon Istanbul (IST) all operated from its main bases in the UK and Geneva, Switzerland (GVA). Currently, the low-cost offers flights from Manchester (MAN) to Antalya (AYT) and Dalaman (DLM) with 2,232 weekly seats on offer according to the Cirium platform.
Manchester to Istanbul flight schedule
Starts from June 9, 2023.
- Manchester – Istanbul Flight U2 2151 MAN 07:00 – IST 13:20 Monday and Friday.
- Istanbul – Manchester Flight U2 2152 IST 14:30 – MAN 16:55 Monday and Friday.
The route will be operated on Airbus A320 family aircraft and promotional fares are available from EUR 51.99 each way.

In addition to this new route, package holidays have been made available for sale through tour operator easyJet Holidays. Tourists can take advantage of promotions on packages for EUR 437 that include hotel, airfare and 23 kg of luggage, as the vacation provider is partnered with 13 popular hotels in Istanbul.
