#TBT: Aerolíneas Argentinas flights between Buenos Aires Aeroparque and Miami in 1987 with Boeing 727-200(Adv) aircraft

-

In the mid-1980s, Aerolíneas Argentinas inaugurated its flights between Buenos Aires Aeroparque and Miami, a differential service to the one carried out at Ezeiza. The operations to and from Aeroparque were performed in Boeing 727 with various stopovers, which were mainly Jujuy, Lima, Guayaquil and Bogotá.

Aerolíneas Argentinas started flights to Miami from Aeroparque as a result of the low occupancy of services from Ezeiza, in addition to the savings that the operation of Boeing 727s meant compared to Boeing 707s and Boeing 747s.

During the years of operations, Aeroparque and Miami were connected once a week.
