Uruguay: American Airlines began its daily flight to Montevideo

-

This Friday (16) American Airlines began its daily frequency between Miami and Montevideo due to the high season. Flights will be operated with Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft configured for 234 passengers.

The daily service will run until January 9th, in line with American’s booking system and Cirium platform. From January 10th to the end of March, the company will have three operations per week.

American Airlines is the only company that connects Uruguay non-stop with the United States. At the time of publication, this route is seasonal, although negotiations are underway to maintain it year-round, as was the case prior to the pandemic.
