LADE, the Argentine Air Force’s development airline, adds a new route from Buenos Aires

Líneas Aéreas del Estado (LADE) confirmed that it will operate flights to Villa Gesell and Miramar from Buenos Aires as from next January 2nd. The operations will be carried out during the 2022/2023 summer season with DHC-6 200 Twin Otter aircraft configured for 10 passengers.

Villa Gesell will again have summer flights after four years, when SAPSA operated to and from San Fernando on Metroliners. Miramar airport will have commercial services for the first time in 15 years.

In contact with Aviacionline, LADE stated that they will fly twice a week the MiramarVilla GesellBuenos Aires triangular route. At the time of publishing this note, the services are scheduled to run until the end of February.

The Twin Otter will be based in Villa Gesell, so, before 8:30 a.m. it will take a ferry flight to Miramar to start the triangular flight. After arriving at Miramar at 4:10 p.m., the aircraft will return empty to Villa Gesell.
