Azul’s new Airbus A320neo arrived in Brazil (PR-YSK)

At 12:10 p.m. local time this Saturday (17), a new Airbus A320neo for Azul Linhas Aéreas arrived at Belo Horizonte’s Confins airport. The aircraft has the registration PR-YSK and landed from Toulouse with a stopover in Espargos, as announced by AEROIN.

Azul reaches 46 Airbus A320neo plane in its fleet. The recently incorporated PR-YSK is scheduled to enter service shortly, after receiving the corresponding authorizations.

The aircraft, called «Margarida nas Nuvens», now joins three other Airbus already painted with Disney themes, to complete the series of aircraft that the companies call «the most magical fleet in the world».

Azul’s campaign, in partnership with Disney, was launched last year and has already resulted in the Airbus A320 «Mickey Mouse nas nuvens», the first to arrive, in January 2021. Minnie Mouse was the inspiration for the second aircraft, the A321 «Minnie Mouse nas nuvens» and, the third aircraft, the A320 «Pato Donald nas nuvens», was the latest addition to the fleet, after making its maiden flight in May 2022.
