  1. I would warn anyone attempting to use this airline to think twice. They have changed my flight, which is causing problems, and you cannot reach a human to discuss it. The number that they provide doesn’t work. The WhatsApp number doesn’t take calls. No one will answer the number in Miami. Emails refer you back to WhatsApp and the unusable number. I have never seen such poor customer service in my life!
