Colombia: JetSMART temporarily suspends flights to Medellín and Bogotá

-

JetSMART made its last flight between Santiago de Chile and Medellín on September 10, while it will do the same on its route to Bogotá on October 31.

The company stated that «These were temporary adjustments: our new itinerary is already available and considers the operation of Santiago-Bogota and Santiago-Medellin for the high season starting in December 2022, in time for the dates that are of greatest interest to our passengers».

«Additionally, for those who want to anticipate their purchases, dates for these routes are available for 2023, a year in which we will be increasing capacity due to the arrival of new aircraft that will double our fleet by the end of the same year,» they added.

According to what can be seen in the reservation systems, flights will resume on December 13 in the case of Medellín, and on November 29 in the case of the Colombian capital.
