Air Cairo will offer services to Bilbao (BIO), Malaga (AGP) and Valencia (VLC) from October 31. The low-cost airline will be the only carrier to connect these three Spanish cities with Egypt, in addition to being the only company to offer air connections between Luxor (LXR) and Spain.
According to data obtained by Aviacionline through Cirium, Air Cairo will offer 732 weekly seats in 4 air operations between Spain and Egypt for the boreal winter.

Valencia (VLC) and Malaga (AGP)
- Cairo – Malaga Flight SM 723 CAI 08:50 – AGP 12:55 monday
- Malaga – Valencia Flight SM 723/724 AGP 13:55 – VLC 15:05 monday.
- Valencia – Luxor Flight SM 724 VLC 16:05 – LXR 22:20 Monday.
The routes will be operated in Airbus A320 aircraft with a capacity of 180 passengers in single configuration and promotional fares are available from USD 257 round trip.
According to data compiled by Aviacionline through Aena Estadísticas, 189,546 passengers and 1,333.3 tons of cargo were moved in 1,624 air operations in the period January – August 2022 between Spain and Egypt. Air Cairo will be the airline connecting the most destinations between the two nations.
The Egyptian low-cost airline, in addition to its offer the Spanish cities for the winter season, incorporates four destinations in France: Lyon (LYS), Marseille (MRS), Nantes (NTE) and Paris (CDG). It will also add a new domestic service to Siwa (SEW) bringing its network to fourteen domestic destinations.
