SKY to fly to Rio de Janeiro with Airbus A321neo aircraft

SKY Airline will again fly between Santiago de Chile and Rio de Janeiro in 238-seat Airbus A321neo starting November 6th. The last operations with the aforementioned aircraft were last January.

In November and December, the Chilean low cost carrier will fly eight times a week to the Brazilian city (7 with A320neo and 1 with Airbus A321neo). As of January 2023, according to Cirium, SKY will offer 14 weekly services between Santiago de Chile and Rio de Janeiro, seven of which will be with Airbus A321neo.

SKY Airline’s schedule to Rio de Janeiro

  • September: 7 weekly flights – Airbus A320neo
  • October: 7 weekly flights – Airbus A320neo
  • November: 8 weekly flights – (7 with A320neo and 1 with A321neo)
  • December: 8 weekly flights – (7 with A320neo and 1 with A321neo)
  • January: 14 weekly flights – (7 with A320neo and 7 with A321neo)
  • February: 14 weekly flights – (7 with A320neo and 7 with A321neo)
  • March: 10 weekly flights – (7 with A320neo and 3 with A321neo)

SKY has three routes between Santiago de Chile and Brazil. Florianopolis, Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo are the destinations.
