Viva inaugurates flights between Cartagena and Mexico City

This Tuesday (21) at 7:50 p.m. local time, the inaugural Viva flight departed from Cartagena to Mexico City. The Colombian low cost carrier will operate non-stop services between the two cities for the first time.

Viva will have two weekly operations on Airbus A320neo aircraft, with a capacity for 188 passengers in single class. With this schedule, the airline will offer 376 seats per week on each leg.

The Mexican capital is Viva’s first international destination in Cartagena. Regarding the local market, the company has 11 regular routes.

Viva’s inaugural flight to Sao Paulo will depart Medellin on Wednesday, June 22nd at 7:53 pm. The low cost airline arrives for the first time in Brazil, its sixth international market.
