Swoop inaugurates flights to Deer Lake and Regina

Swoop, the Canadian ultra low cost carrier, inaugurated its regular flights from Toronto to Deer Lake and Regina on June 16th and 22nd respectively. Operations will be carried out on Boeing 737-800 and Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft, with capacity for 189 passengers.

In accordance with the reservation system, the company will connect Deer Lake with Hamilton and Toronto, while operations to Regina will be from Edmonton, Toronto and Winnipeg. Both Canadian cities will have Swoop flights for the first time.

  • Hamilton (YHM) – Deer Lake (YDF): 3 weekly flights – Boeing 737-800 and Boeing 737 MAX 8
  • Toronto (YYZ) – Deer Lake (YDF): 2 weekly flights – Boeing 737-800 and Boeing 737 MAX 8

Regina
  • Edmonton (YEG) – Regina (YQR): 2 weekly flights – Boeing 737-800 and Boeing 737 MAX 8
  • Toronto (YYZ) – Regina (YQR): 2 weekly flights – Boeing 737-800 and Boeing 737 MAX 8
  • Winnipeg (YWG) – Regina (YQR): 2 weekly flights – Boeing 737-800 and Boeing 737 MAX 8

All these operations will be conducted during the Canadian summer season. According to Swoop’s booking system, the airline will operate its last flights at the end of October.
