Plus Ultra announces the return of seasonal service between Tenerife – North (TFN) and Caracas (CCS) with a weekly flight starting November 26, 2022. It will be the airline’s second route in Venezuela.
Flight Itinerary
- Caracas – Tenerife Norte Flight PU 712 CCS 19:55 – TFN 07:15+1 Saturday.
- Tenerife North – Caracas Flight PU 711 TFN 10:45 – CCS 14:20 Sunday.
Flights will be operated by Airbus A340-300 aircraft with a capacity of 275 passengers. Promotional fares start at 475 euros each way.
According to data obtained by Aviacionline through Aena Estadísticas in 2019 between Caracas and Tenerife, 16,959 passengers and 53.5 tons of cargo were mobilized in 101 air operations. Plus Ultra offers the only non-stop connection between the Canary Islands and Latin America.
The company will continue to offer flights between Madrid (MAD) and Maiquetia Airport with four weekly flights, and by December of this year, the company will offer 5,500 seats per week between Spain and Venezuela, which makes it the largest airline in this market.
Spain is currently one of the destinations authorized by the National Institute of Civil Aeronautics (INAC) to carry out regular passenger and cargo air operations in Venezuelan territory. Recently both the Spanish and Venezuelan authorities updated the entry requirements for both nations.
