La Première: Air France will unveil its new cabin by the end of 2023

Air France announced that it is working on the redesign of its La Première cabin, the most exclusive one available on the airline’s flights. The new service will be introduced during the northern winter of 2023-2024.

The new cabin will be «the longest on the market» and will offer up to three fully privatizable modular configurations. It will also be available on a larger number of aircraft in the long-range fleet.

It is Air France’s most exclusive offering. Currently, its configured with just four seats and is available on only nineteen aircraft of the company’s fleet.

Benjamin Smith, CEO of Air France-KLM, said that «La Première represents the highest level of French excellence and is an intrinsic part of Air France’s DNA».

Introduced in 2014, the class is available on routes to North America, South America, Africa, and the Middle East. It features private suites, equipped with seats that transform into fully flat beds more than two meters long and 77 centimeters wide.

Onboard menus are signed by Michelin chefs and are regularly updated. It offers a wide selection of wines and champagnes and an entertainment service with more than 1,000 hours of programming.
