The service of the Gulf’s largest airline supports business and leisure traffic to destinations in Latin America and the Caribbean region. For Mexico, the UAE is a gateway to the Middle East. Dubai also continues to attract leisure travelers from Latin America with its ever-expanding list of experiences.

According to data obtained by Aviacionline through the Federal Civil Aviation Agency (AFAC) in the January-April period Emirates has moved 43,901 passengers and 7,210.72 tons of cargo from Mexico in 649 air operations. The United Arab Emirates represents a 43.96% share of the Asian market in the Aztec country, being the main Asian destination in Mexico.
