The company’s last service between Zurich (ZRH) and Denver (DEN) was in September 2019. Edelweiss is the latest airline to return to the Mile – High City, following suspensions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic crisis.
«The United States is one of the most popular summer destinations for the Swiss. I am very happy that we are flying to Denver, our third destination in the U.S. after the pandemic. We had to wait long enough for this moment,» said Bernd Bauer, CEO of Edelweiss.
«We are very happy that Denver and Zurich are once again connected with a direct flight and we can’t wait to bring many Americans directly to the heart of Europe as well,» continued Bauer.
