Furthering its development in Uruguay, Azul Linhas Aéreas will inaugurate regular flights between Sao Paulo (GRU) and Punta del Este starting July 3rd. The Brazilian airline will have two weekly services in Embraer 195s, with capacity for 118 passengers.
Guarulhos becomes Azul’s second regular destination in Punta del Este. Previously, the company had operated flights to and from Sao Paulo, but they were charters for travel agencies.
Azul Linhas Aéreas reaches three routes in Uruguay, including Montevideo and Punta del Este.
