After more than two years, Qantas resumed non-stop flights between Perth and London. Operations had been suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic and its restrictions.
The first flight departed from Perth at 8:27 p.m. local time on Monday (23), and at time of publication is on its way to Heathrow. These services have an approximate duration of 17 hours.
Qantas will have a daily frequency between the two cities on Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft, with capacity for 236 passengers.
