Boliviana de Aviación has a daily frequency between Santa Cruz de la Sierra and Buenos Aires. Operations are carried out in Boeing 737-800 and Boeing 767-300(ER), with capacity for 168 and 225 passengers respectively.

Buenos Aires is BoA’s only destination in Argentina. In mid-2019, the Bolivian state-owned airline suspended its twice-weekly services to and from Salta on Boeing 737-300s.
