Aerolíneas Argentinas opens Buenos Aires – Doha route sales

As previously announced, Aerolíneas Argentinas will operate special flights between Buenos Aires and Doha due to the World Cup in Qatar. The company has confirmed, so far, a total of six flights to the Doha, which may be increased if the Argentine National Team qualifies from the World Cup group stage.

Aerolíneas Argentinas will fly with the 265-seat Airbus A330-200. In both directions, the flights will have a stopover in Rome, since the company has a “base” in the Italian city.

The airline started this week with the commercialization of its flights between Buenos Aires and Doha. In the following screenshot you can see the operations available for purchase with their respective prices (Argentine pesos):

Some of these operations will depart Doha at 10:10 a.m., arriving in Buenos Aires at 2:00 a.m. the following day.

“This operation is a good opportunity to generate extra income and it is also very special because of the passion that soccer awakens in Argentines,” said Pablo Ceriani, president of Aerolíneas Argentinas.

Meanwhile, Fabián Lombardo, commercial director of the carrier commented that “we are offering a good product and the fastest and most convenient way to get to Qatar. We are sure that demand will follow us”.
