I am pleased to inform the professionals of our company that Baufaker Consulting, a financial company controlled and managed by Brazilians, has just acquired ITA Transportes Aéreos.

After closing the transaction, the new shareholder is concentrating its efforts on the capitalization of the company, the reorganization and the maintenance of the group of employees and executives.

With the acquisition and maintenance leasing of 5 A320ceo aircraft, it promises to inaugurate a new and unprecedented passenger and cargo transportation model in Brazil.

Next week begins the new phase of resumption with meetings with SAC, ANAC, in addition to the negotiations of the liabilities accumulated in this period of interruption of operations, such as salaries, leasing, airport taxes, reimbursement of passengers and others.

I wish you a new life and a great flight….

Adalberto Bogsan, Chief Executive Officer

With this internal announcement, the company that was born in a pandemic and accumulated problems and debts seems to have a new beginning. Although the negotiations with the authorities have just begun, it is an auspicious moment for those workers affected by the premature closure.
