Avianca to fly to Buenos Aires with Boeing 787-8 Dreamliners

As part of the recovery of flights compared to before COVID-19, Avianca will once again operate between Bogotá and Buenos Aires with the Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner. The Colombian company currently offers two daily services with the Airbus A319 and Airbus A320.

The Dreamliner services will start on May 9th. According to the Cirium platform and the reservation system, all operations will be carried out with the above-mentioned aircraft.

Avianca will provide 3,500 weekly seats between Bogota and Buenos Aires and vice versa with the reintroduction of the Boeing 787. Currently, the company serves approximately 1,900 seats per week.

Buenos Aires will be Avianca’s eighth destination to be serviced by the Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner, following Barcelona, London, Los Angeles, Madrid, Mexico City, Miami and Sao Paulo.
