PC-12 NGX: the future of turboprop technology
The latest version of the PC-12, the NGX, features a completely redesigned and modernized cabin. It showcases larger windows and versatile BMW Designworks seating, making for a more pleasant and productive passenger experience.
It features a Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6 E-Series engine and single-pilot avionics to automate flight controls. Hence allowing for lower fuel consumption and less noise.
According to the manufacturer, the PC-12 NGX’s innovative and efficient features correlate with Tradewind’s commitment to sustainability and the new carbon offset program. This one will enable its customers to access remote destinations while fighting climate change.
The largest operators of the model are PlaneSense, based in New Hampshire, with thirty-six PC-12s; Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia with thirty-five PC-12s that are used as medical aircraft.
