SKY Airline Perú to fly between Lima and Bogotá

As part of its international expansion strategy, SKY Airline Perú announced the inauguration of flights between Lima and Bogotá starting April 30th. Operations will be carried out on Airbus A320neo aircraft, with a capacity for 186 passengers in a single class.

Initially, the low cost carrier will have three weekly services between the cities of Perú and Colombia. With this schedule, SKY will offer 558 seats per week on each leg.

«Following our expansion plan, we are pleased to launch this new route to one of the international destinations with more passengers in Perú. We started flights at the end of April with 3 weekly frequencies, a number that we want to increase gradually, having projected to reach daily flights by July» says José Raúl Vargas, general manager of SKY in Peru.
