Lufthansa to increase flights to Bogotá

On March 24th, Lufthansa will increase its frequency of flights between Frankfurt and Bogotá. The German airline will almost double scheduled services on the route.

Lufthansa will have five weekly operations to the Colombian capital on Airbus A340-300s, offering 1,395 seats per week on each leg.

Bogota is the company’s only destination in Colombia.

The carrier will once again operate five times a week to Bogotá, as it has done until December 2021.

  • Río de Janeiro (GIG): Airbus A350-900 – starts on March 27th (Munich)
  • Sao Paulo (GRU): Boeing 747-8i

Rio de Janeiro will be connected with Frankfurt until March 25th.
