Southwest to fly between Austin and Cozumel

Continuing its development in Mexico, Southwest will inaugurate operations between Austin and Cozumel. Flights will be performed in Boeing 737-700, with capacity for 143 passengers in a single class.

The airline will fly once a week on the above-mentioned route beginning June 11th. According to the reservation system, operations will be until September 3rd, as they will be high season services.

All Southwest Airlines operations to and from Cozumel will be until September.

Southwest has flights to Austin, Baltimore, Chicago-Midway, Chicago-O’Hare, Columbus, Denver, Fort Lauderdale, Houston-Hobby, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Nashville, Phoenix, Pittsburgh and St. Louis, from Cancún (CUN).

Cozumel is located 75 kilometers to the south of Cancún.
