Smiles fidelity program appoints Carla Fonseca as CEO

The Smiles miles program recently appointed Carla Fonseca as the new CEO and Patricio Pasman as President of the company for Argentina.

Carla Fonseca, after two and a half years as General Manager of Smiles Argentina and with more than 7 years of experience in the company, was invited to the position of CEO of Smiles. Carla has vast experience in sales, product and customer service channels in companies such as Credicard, Citibank and Atento.

Patricio Pasman, after 3 years as IT Manager of Smiles Argentina and with more than 15 years of experience in organizations such as AbInBev and Tenaris, assumes the operation of the loyalty program at a local level. Patricio holds an MBA from IAE Business School and is a Systems Engineer from UCA.
