Copa Airlines resumes flights to Mendoza

Copa Airlines resumed flights between Panama City and Mendoza on Wednesday, December 1st. The company will have three weekly services on the mentioned route on Boeing 737-800s, with a capacity for 154 passengers.

With this schedule, Copa will offer 462 seats per week between Panama City and Mendoza and vice versa.

The airline’s flights to Mendoza had been suspended since March 2020, as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic, government restrictions and their impact on demand.

With Copa Airlines’ return, Mendoza will have international operations to Sao Paulo and Santiago de Chile, in addition to Panama City.

Rosario and Salta, two of the airline’s pre-pandemic destinations in Argentina, continue without a confirmed resumption date.
