United Airlines increases flights to Brazil

United Airlines is increasing its operations to Brazil resuming several of its services in the country.

On November 13, 2021, it will resume its non-stop flights between Houston (IAH) and Rio de Janeiro (GIG).

Flight Itinerary

  • Houston Intercontinental – Rio de Janeiro UA129 IAH 20:20 – GIG 08:35+1 three weekly flights with Boeing 767-300ER 214 seats in two classes.
  • Rio de Janeiro – Houston Intercontinental UA128 GIG 23:15 – IAH 07:40+1 three weekly flights with Boeing 767-300ER of 214 seats in two classes.

More capacity for Sao Paulo

  • Newark (EWR) daily flights operated by Boeing 777-200ER/-300ER.
  • Houston Intercontinental (IAH) daily flights operated by Boeing 777-300ER and 767-300ER..
  • Chicago O ‘Hare (ORD) increases to five weekly flights from October 5 and increases to daily flights from December 16, 2021 operated by Boeing 777-200ER and 787-9 Dreamliner.
  • Washington Dulles (IAD) is expected to resume on December 16.
