During October and November, according to current information, Eastern Airlines plans to modify its schedule of flights from the United States.
Since mid-August, the airline has been operating New York/ Guayaquil, and the Miami/ Montevideo routes, with four and two weekly flights, respectively.
Both routes are operated on Boeing 767-300(ER) aircraft, configured with 244 seats. Additionally, on certain occasions, the Uruguayan capital is served by the Boeing 767-200(ER).
As we reported last August, Eastern temporarily canceled flights between Miami and Asunción. The airline was scheduled to resume operations on November 2nd, three times a week.
According to our partner site Aeronáutica Paraguay, the Paraguayan city will once again receive Eastern flights as of December 11th. The carrier will have two weekly operations between Miami and Asunción.

Operations to Belo Horizonte from Miami and New York were removed from the reservation system. As for flights to Santa Cruz de la Sierra, there is no official information at this time.
