Aerolíneas Argentinas to fly between Mendoza and Santiago de Chile

Aerolíneas Argentinas announced that it will fly between Mendoza and Santiago de Chile. Operations will be carried out with a weekly frequency, every Saturday.

These flights will represent the restart of international operations in the interior of Argentina. Currently, Buenos Aires is the only city to offer this type of operations.

According to current information, flights between Mendoza and Santiago de Chile will be operated by Embraer 190, with a capacity for 96 passengers, starting as of September 25.

«After the announcement of the National Government where Mendoza’s proposal to enable the airport as a safe corridor for the entry of Argentine and foreign residents was approved, we announce this flight that will allow us to continue strengthening connectivity within the region, maintaining health protocols in order to always take care of our passengers,» said Pablo Ceriani, President of Aerolineas Argentinas.
