Aerolineas Argentinas resumes flights between Iguazu, Salta and Mendoza

-

The first Aerolineas Argentinas flight to Salta took off from Iguazu airport at 12:50 p.m. on Wednesday 1st after 17 months of suspensions. The operations will be carried out in Embraer 190, with a capacity for 96 passengers.

Aerolineas Argentinas flights between Iguazu and Salta had been cancelled in March 2020 as a consequence of COVID-19. Prior to the pandemic, the airline had a triangular flight between Iguazu, Mendoza and Salta, carried out six times a week with the same aircraft.

For the time being, according to demand, Aerolineas Argentinas will have a frequency of two flights per week. With this schedule, the company will offer 192 weekly seats on each leg.
