Delta Air Lines adds flights to Barcelona

On Friday (6) at 07:49 local time, the first Delta Air Lines flight from Atlanta arrived at Barcelona airport after 11 months of suspensions. The American carrier will fly between the two cities with their Boeing 767-400(ER) aircraft, configured with 238 seats.

Delta’s last operations on the route were on October 28, 2020. At the time, the company had four weekly flights, as it does today.

According to information obtained by Aviacionline through Cirium, Delta Air Lines will make its last flight between both cities on October 29, scheduling to resume this route in March next year. The company will also continue its flights to Barcelona to and from New York on Boeing 767-300(ER) aircraft.

With this operating schedule Delta Air Lines will offer 952 seats per week between Atlanta and Barcelona and vice versa, a similar number provided through October 2020.
